I would have to say a bit of A and B together. Building muscle and losing fat is great but nothing beats tossing around heavy weights and building strength. I suppose it depends on whether I am bulking or cutting. Since im cutting at the moment, I would have to choose A.

To get stronger is my primary goal but I wouldn’t mind getting a bit leaner aswell!!

i already look good with the lights off if i can turn them on that will be a big improvement

If it must be one C. If you don’ t have health, and you can’t live past your thirties there’s a problem. So, definetly train for health. But, I train for all 3 reasons.

When i started it was A, I was sick of being overweight.
After I began to feel the effects of eating right (mostly) and a bit of exercise my overall health went from extremely sickly to lack of a better explanation - a HELLUVA lot better.

So now, my goals are different than when I started, and would mostly go with C… Plus a lil bit of A (over 25lbs of FAT gone forever wee)
