In theory I try to cover all three. I am trying to lose the extra pounds of fat I don’t need and gain muscle mass to look good, feel good
and gain better health.

But my primary goal that helps me cover these is my desire to attain (B).

My number one goal in the gym is actually to keep the rest of my life from driving me insane. Since that is not one of the options I will go with B, get strong as fuck.
