I go for EAS plain creatine, the cheap stuff they sell at Wal-Mart.
GNC Creatine is what I have used, it seems to do well.
When I did use creatine, I used EAS Phosphagen HP. Don’t use it anymore though.

I’ve tried Phosphagen and such. I’de have to say AST’s micronized was my favorite out of all of them. Helped quite a bit with recovery and putting on some extra muscle.
