I like EAS Phosphogen HP too.
prolab
I usually use prolab.
Phosphagen hp is the only kind I have used, not because of loyalty or any perceived effect, just because I haven’t used much creatine.
Prolab’s is the first I bought. Never had any problems with it so never bought anything different.
prolab…but i dont use it much at all.
EAS Micronized, because they sell it at Wal-Mart.
I’ve been EAS Simply Creatine
I’ve used Higher Power, AST, Prolab, and now GNC brand, in that order.
The one that I noticed the biggest difference on was the Higher Power, which I always kinda reasoned was only because it was the first kind I used. I guess that would be my favorite, though.
Pick me!,
Ryan
I’ve always considered creatine a waste, but that was because I don’t think I ever really responded to the various quality brands I tried. Then I tried Ribose-C and had INCREDIBLE results. I was loving the stuff. I was fuller and stronger. Then Biotest discontinued Ribose-C
I’ve used Pinnacle’s Creatine/Ribose product, and while the results were better than plain creatine, they weren’t anything close to my Ribose-C experience.
So I guess my answer is Ribose-C.
Swole v2 and Plasma Expandor…both have given me great gains and pumps. Especially Swole v2
Prolab micronized
Id say prolab
ProPower Creatine - Doc Hatfields brand
I’ve only used GNC brand 100% creatine monohydrate. So i guess its my favorite.
Creapure - Ultimate Nutrition
I use Prolab creatine, but I was under the impression that most companies use the same manufacturer in Germany. Does brand really make a difference?
I would have to say AST micronized
Sci Fit Creatine
I’ve used Met-Rx. Seemed fine enough.
