How’s it going everyone. Im showing an update from an old thread. http://www.T-Nation.com/tmagnum/readTopic.do?id=1457627. I took some time off, did some cardio, and have been working with full body exercises instead of body part splits. In a couple of weeks i plan on switching back to a body part split because i felt like i gained more size off of it, while maintaining more cardio for more cuts.
First picture i was 155-160. Second set of pics i think i was around 210. I had stay at 220 for a couple of months and decided i wanted to loose some fat. I’m now around 190 hoping to get back up to about 205.
