In your latest book, you give a brief overview of EQIs and an example as being EQI push-ups. I was wondering what would be good examples of this type of stretching for other parts of the body, e.g. the legs, back?

You can do a 1-leg squat with the back leg on a box, lunge, GHR, and arched back RDL for lower body.

2 other possibilities for upper body would be dips and pullovers with straight arm.
