I did a push/pull meet at Diablo over the weekend the results are thus:
Bench:
Warm ups went well. I took my time and made sure my whole body was warm before lifting.
405-good
446-miss-repeat of June’s meet
446-good(PR!)
Deadlift:
Warm ups felt horrible, but the results were surprisingly good.
456-good
480ish-good(PR!)
501.5-good(PR!)-it is about fucking time
TOTAL: 947.5
I think I left wieght on the bar for each lift, but I am not going to complain about two new PR’s and my first 500lb deadlift. I have an idea of where I am at now and where I want to be by december.
I ended up taking second, but that was by default and a lack of lifters. Ill try to round up some bideos.

It has been about a year since I have last posted on this log. However, I am still training, and I have made a lot of progress during my time away from this site.
We have a new generation here at Diablo Barbell, and I want to re-introduce t-mag to the up and coming lifters here at Diablo. So, here is another Diablo Barbell experience.
