Another Damn Critique Split Thread

I’m sort of new. Been training for about 4 months well. Done Chad Waterbury’s TBT program.

After reading Christian Thibaudeau’s article I decided on an Upper/LOwer split. I just want some criticism.

Day 2 - 4X6 for each lift
Front Squat - Drop Set
Good Morning - Rest Pause
Hack Squat - Straight Sets
Leg Curl - Straight Sets

Standing Calf Raise - Drop Set

Day 4 - 3X10 for each lift
Chest Supported DB Row - Double Rest Pause
Flat Bench Press - Single Drop Set
Weighted Chins - Straight Sets

Standing Calf Raise - Drop Set
Lunges - Straight Sets

Could you give us some more background info? Height, weight, number of years training, what’s your nutrition like, what are your goals (short and long term); etc.

Height is about 5’10’'.

Weight is like 170 lbs.

Nutrition isn’t perfectly planned, but I am only 16 so I eat well but not perfect. I eat good amounts of protein and carbs. I am hoping to go on T-Dawg 2.0 soon though.

My short term goals are simply to get big as quick as possible. However long it takes.

Long term I want to train mainly for aesthetics as well as some strength later on.

Westside for Skinny Bastards, that’s all you need to know. Why the hell are you going to go on the TDawg DIET!!! Eat a whole bunch of stuff and lift lots of heavy things.

I’d second that you probably don’t need to do the T-Dawg 2.0 diet. Just focus on something like West Side for Skinny Bastards. Maybe given your goals do 12 weeks of that, then 12 weeks of something like Thib’s HSS-100. If you did that and focused solely on Berardi’s 10 Habits, you’d be good to go.
