Pickles are great as a cutting snack, and I totally love them. It is hard to get good ones where I live, so I actually sometimes buy ordinary pickles, and then also buy a jar of some kind of hot peppers (banana peppers or whatever the exact breed is), and then replace the pickle juice with the pepper juice. Insanely tasty.
Make your own. It’s really easy and delicious

Squat: 1x5-40,50,60, 4x4-70, 2x3-75
Bench: 1x10-30,35, 1x6-40, 3x4-50, 4x6-45, 5x5-40w/1min rests
- squats felt really good even though legs a bit tired, bench easy to complete but mentally really hard to get through
