Not a question but an observation upon reintroducing those after years of not doing them. Holy trap doms. 5x5 with the pins set slightly below parallel. Uncrossed arm grip more upper back activation. Phenomenal exercise. Great lower activation I felt. Polished off with Bulgarians. This is definitely a yoke builder as well. I’ve seen you do them Christian and I know you approve of this exercise I believe

it’s much harder than from the higher rack. It is also how I tore my quad and injured my hip. Completed the lift but couldn’t walk for a few days and needed painkillers for weeks .
Granted I was stupid enough to do a 1 rep max.
