Anderson Squats

Getting older and just to change things up I started doing Anderson squats.

Never have been a great squatter.Old knee injury.

Usually 5-15 reps range 245-365 lbs

Started Anderson squats at just below parallel. I can barely do body weight

Very humbling

Yeah, that is usually because of poor mobility. You’ll quickly improve if you keep doing them.

Another squat variant that you can do in your situation is paused squat. So you do a normal squat but pause for 2-3 seconds in the low position.
