Went to the cardiologist today. I’m healthy as a bull but I’m getting put on anti-depressants/generic Zoloft to help with vasodilation or something. So, kind of lame but at least I’ll be feeling goooood, haha.
Physician appointment happens on Thursday, hopefully that will be a little more telling overall about what’s going on, but maybe not.
I just don’t want to be the next Lou Gherrig, considering everything that keeps happening to me could qualify as something else being wrong, but rules out something else. lol.
God, I really liked this get-up. The pants are charcoal/dark slate gray. I’m wearing this exact ensemble out this weekend, as so. It’s gonna get filthy.
Also - did sprints tonight. What’s hilarious is I think they were easier on me, still not adjusted back to the elevation than they were for my super ripped 140-lb trainer partner/roommate. Awesome!
I fucking worked out tonight and it was fucking weiiiird. Lemme break it down.
After my first heavy set of the dip machine my right arm went numb as fuck right down to the digits. It was very odd. It got even worse after the second set so I had to call it. My right arm is still slightly numb.
Plus, on the hammer curls my right wrist went totally limp and I couldn’t grip it after three reps. Still bloodflow? So odd.

Awright, so I picked up this fucking generic Zoloft today. I have a million reservations about taking it. Went to REI today and picked up some sick shit - but more importantly a new and legit foam roller. I’d rather some PVC pipe, but it’s sturdy as hell and going to last for a while. It’s a bumpy one.
Um… I ran 3 miles in <24 minutes, which was my goal for under 200 pounds. So fuck yeah, and I’m still north of 215. I’m still thinking about seeing if I can’t hit a 315 bench, 405 squat and 500 pull (rack or DL) and a sub 5-second 40 under 200 pounds. Most people I talk to doubt it because of my height vs current strength levels. We’ll see.
Lastly, today was fucking GORGEOUS. Like 70 degrees and not a cloud in the sky at lunch. Had to go out and run. Probably walking tomorrow as well.

Had a great night last night. Went to a club that was DEAD and was not feeling it. Waited around for an hour or so and shit popped off. I danced my ass off. Despite a shit load of food and drinks last night, I was around 215 today, so down in weight still.
This morning I took a walk/run hybrid mostly fasted.
Going hiking up in Boulder today.
Then… going to a gay bar tonight. Wearing the get-up I was wearing on Page 9. Definitely going to be a great time.

Hahaha. We have a friend in from out-of-state who’s gay, and he really wanted to go to one tonight. It’s looking possible at this point it may not even be an issue because we might not even go to one. I’m not complaining. I could roll with the punches easily, I’m not very uncomfortable with gay things as I’ve had a decent amount of friends in the past who were gay.
Although, I did get warning that it’s possible a dude would just come up and grab my junk. So, that would probably push the “uncomfortable” border a bit.
gays can be fun to hang around because some dont have a filter and say/do the funnniiieessttt shit, but when they all get together for a dry humpagrabathon it’s uh awkward.
Lol. I didn’t do shit last night. The hike yesterday wore me out, and I was tired, hung over and dehydrated from Friday night. I got super ‘mellow,’ got a pizza and passed out halfway through Apollo 18. What I saw was cool, though.
Um, took a huge fucking mostly fasted walk this morning. It was actually only semi-fasted, considering last night I had a piece of pizza before I passed out, lol. HumaPro shake this morning as well. Then I walked for… oh, about 1.5 hours. Felt great.
So, I forewent another hike today and opted to do shoulders instead. Plus, I have to clean the living fuck out of my room, do laundry, manscape, etc.
