Haha, thanks man. I’m having a heck of a time trying to judge how much further I can go. I know I still have quite a bit of work to do but I’m kinding of pondering the 190-195 range now. We’ll see… loose skin plays a big role here.

I’m going to start saving money with my next paycheck and start doing some consultations and see where that’s at. I know that I have a tattoo I’ll be getting in late February which is likely to be fairly expensive, as well as a big trip to Florida around May that will also be very expensive.

So, I really have no idea. I don’t plan on it being too big of a deal, though, as I DON’T plan to get chubby ever again. Ever. Again.

Then I did some running. I also ran something like a 15-minute odd 2-mile run earlier at lunchtime. So pumped about that!

Weight was like 222 today, but I was so full of shit (literally) that I’d be very surprised if I was still over 220 tomorrow, lol. I can only hope the carb-up did its job.

My daily dietary habits will likely look something like this:

8 - 2 scoop HumaPro shake
8:30ish - 60 g protein shake, 4 pieces Ezekiel + Pasture Butter
(11:30ish) - Run on most days for 2 miles. Or walk, maybe sprints.
Immediately after - 12-12:15 - 60-80 g protein shake, 2 clementines, 2 oz almonds
5-5:30ish - 2 scoops HumaPro
During Workout - some BCAA
Post-workout - 6-8 oz turkey OR protein shake + quinoa/brown rice or Ezekiel bread or something.

Pretty lame, but no one said dieting was all that much fun.

Alright, quick update at lunch while a couple of things are on my mind.

Weight this morning was 216.2. Hell yeah, I didn’t even “work out” yesterday… just a run at lunch and a brisk walk after work. Pumped.

I have more HumaPro on the way and just bought my first little thing of TP’s GDAs, never used 'em before. (I know right.)

After the holidays I HAVE to (NOT) order MTII, maybe clen, IDK. This diet is going fantastically well and has been easy mentally, so hopefully things keep riding smoothly in this same direction.

I am going home for the holidays… blahfuckitwhatever. I had a bunch of reasons not to go and a bunch of reasons TO go, so whatever. I don’t know when the next chance I’ll have to see family and friends will be, and I have a paid week off so fuck it, why not? I am going to let the diet slip a LITTLE bit for probably 2-3 days total, but I will be reunited with my Prowler again to hopefully put in work.

Sometimes the training titles are actually a much bigger pain in the ass than they appear, lol. Alliteration for the loss.

Did not get to work out yesterday, and I meant to have an arm obliteration day. Fucking went to the Sprint store after work because my new phone was in (2nd phone now has fucked me over,) and the NEW one (see: 3rd one) would not activate because of some ridiculous fucking network problems.

The whole time this is happening I’m getting texts, calls, etc because people think I’m dead / haven’t heard from me and stuff, and I had a lot of things going on at the time, lol. But yeah, so basically because I was so cool/patient (not my words, but I am pretty great) they decided to totally order me a NEW PHONE (model) that’s waaaaay more balling for freesies. Nice.

Besides that, this morning my weight was 215.4 without the workout.

I did find a nice little new running route for lunch time that is STRAIGHT uphill for the first bit, and then straight downhill. Very challenging, but a little quickly. I’d like to get in the shape that I can do it twice in a fairly quick amount of time over lunch.

Today I embark on a trip back to the Midwest.

On Christmas Eve I will be in WI, Christmas driving back to MI for a nasty, huge, terrible carb-up. Then I’ll be working out in the basement dungeon again!

I am currently in Wisconsin, which I think is a smidge higher in elevation, though negligable. I ran quite a bit today mostly fasted (sans HumaPro,) and feel like fucking Superman. I could RUN… a lot, lol. I felt like I never got out of breath.

Also, I got a stern talking to about my diet from my main chickie corresponant. Apparently having chicken, rice and veggies instead of protein, almonds and clementines will make me a lot healthier. I kinda bit my tongue for the most part. But that being said, it would be nice to have more to eat, so I’ll be switching up the diet per my return to te homeland.
