How about DDR for a day of active rest?
And the idea of “holed up nerds” still applies, its not like they were normal people and got ripped, they just went from holed up nerds to normal. Scary.

That’s some funny shit
So pretty soon the hot thing at the local health club will be “DDR aerobics”, with a big screen and a few dozen mats laid out on the floor. Richard Simmons, eat your heart out.
Sad thing is that I would be willing to give it a try since I saw where you can get it for the xbox. If it is remotely entertaining, it will beat the shit out of getting up at the ass crack of dawn to freeze my butt off doing cardio in the middle of February. Cardio in the comfort of my own living room, it is an interesting concept.
I think it’s good.
Anything that will get people more interested in loosing weight and exercise gets a big OK in my book.
Shhh, don’t tell anybody about the weight loss aspect or kids won’t want to use it anymore…
I have to say, last year at nerd camp, this was an “event” one night, and I’ll be damned if I didn’t see kids who bitched about the walk to the cafeteria doing 30 minutes of arrow stepping. Whatever it takes though… how to fix the diet though?
Can we call lean beef and greens a happy meal and people be satisfied with it?
On second thought… it will probably be pulled off the market due to lawsuits when old people start dropping like flies due to heart attacks…
I’ve never seen anyone other than fat, sweaty 40 year old men on that game.
Well it must be a sturdy son of a bitch if 350lb dudes can flop around on it.
