Hi guys/gals. New to the forum. I just wanted to say a bit about myself before I ask the question.
36 Year Old Male - Current height/weight 6’0"/170lbs
Earlier this year (May) I was 225 lbs. I went on a diet change and started working out. I lost the majority of my weight in the first 2 months. I have been working out with Shaun T’s beachbody Insanity and T25 focus as well as some cal esthetics. I am having a hard time losing the spare tire. I can see the start of my top abs (barely mind you) and I’ve been reading about anavar.
I basically want to use it to help me get rid of the belly fat. Here’s the thing. I don’t know how much and how long I would need to take it for.
I certainly do not want to use it all the time. Preferably just until I get my flat stomach I am after. So in other words I am not looking to bulk up, but rather just tighten and lost the belly. Is this the right steroid to use for my situation. By the way I am sorry if this is in the wrong section. Hopefully you guys can help me out. Thanks.
The benefits of steroids are best enjoyed by those at a lower bf or for whom gaining weight is the priority. Those who tend to use steroids for weight loss tend be more serious competitors using to prevent catabolism while dieting pretty extreme.
That being said steroids do have some benefits on metabolic rate, nutrient partitioning and such which aids in burning fat, but I think it would be advisable to get yourself to the body fat you like then try focusing on filling your frame. By doing so you learn to train better and how to effectively diet for a goal which is of great importance when trying to make the most out of drugs.
Rule of thumb is oral only cycles suck, if you are dead set, do the right research and learn everything you need because doing it right is not as simple as just swallowing a pill everyday.
Nothing is going to compare to or substitute hard work. There is no magic solution or wonder drug… Or we wouldn’t have any fat people. But some products can augment that hardwork when you are ready for them. The issue is that anything that can help you augment your goals comes with risks and potentially serious consequences.
Most people here took their bodies to their max natural potential before using anything to help push them further. I think if you keep your diet in line and carry on with your training you will happy with what you can accomplish. Remember this isn’t a 100m dash it’s a marathon.
oxandolone works, it improves abdominal fat condition. but so does growth hormone and many drugs with less side effects…
give training a chance before doing drugs. Make sure your calorie intake is lower than your requirements and stick with whole body exercises (deadlift+squat) at higher intensity (above 70% of max).

Are you saying that HGH and other drugs have less side effects than anavar? I’ll be the first to agree that a cycle without test is not a good idea but anavar’s side effects are practically non-existent apart from shut down. That’s why it is commonly taken by women and prescribed to children.
yes of course im saying that, just because oxandrolone has lesser side effects than other orals - it doesnt mean its the safest drug around.
testosterone suppression/shutdown, hepatoxic liver effect, habituation, excitation, insomnia, depression, and libido changes - thats just a fraction
and besides that, Anavar is a discontinued product and Oxandrin costs a fortune. So people resort to ugl, which is commonly forged - stanozolol, so even if you had oxandrolone (which you are very unlikely to get) then you can get plenty of side effects.
