Severe Side Effects on Anavar

I’ve been taking 5mg of Anavar daily for about a week. Taking a low dose as recommended for females. I am a first time use and felt great the first 4 days then suddenly became very tired. I had a stabbing pain a few times in my right side and out of no where a very sharp deep cough. Lots of pain in my legs and hands. Started to get a very intense pressure head ache. I decided to stop on the 5th day and the following evening developed cold and flu type symptoms. I seem to have had quite an adverse reaction and just wondered if anyone else had experienced this? I had previously used Winstrol in the past with no issues but have had many tell me that Anavar is a better option for females.

I got it as well, not really in hands but my legs hurt so bad I couldnt sleep. It just doesnt work for everybody. You might try Tbol, its gives great pumps, hard muscles, and adds weight without being bloated. No estrogen.

Could all the symptoms have been caused by the flu? Did you run a fever? It might have had nothing to do with the Anavar. You seemed to have tolerated Winstrol well enough.

I had considered that. I know the Anavar should have left my system in 9 hours and this was the following evening. It was one night of fever , shivering and I was completely out of it. When I woke up the room seemed to be flickering and so much nausea. Also crazy pain in my right jaw! Definitely not something I’ve experienced with a cold either. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this otherwise I can assume it’s a separate issue.

Thank you I will look into the Tbol. My main reason for taking the Anavar was to cut a little bit of fat around my stomach. Obviously build muscle too. I definitely didn’t feel great a few days in and the head ache too much to cope. I just couldn’t find any one else who got quite as unwell as I did on the internet. Perhaps back to winstrol for me!

I assume you haven’t tried again with the Anavar? I could see it start to work but not sure if I can manage the side effects!

Anavar won’t do that. Proper nutrition planning will.

Yes perhaps I should stop trying to cut corners and just focus on the diet. After a resent stressful time I have put on around the middle and it doesn’t seem to want to budge. I eat pretty healthy but I know I should be more more regimented with the diet for success. The winstrol got rid of everything the last few times, obviously following a strict diet and exercise so thought I would try the Anavar.

Is there any reason or logic behind this? How exactly do you think Anavar does anything with fat and especially stomach fat?

I understand wanting the assistance… this is a pharma forum. But if you got nutrition in line first and then tried the Var to harden a bit… wow. I assume your work out plan is fine… yay/nay?

I was advised if following a low carb high protein diet and training it would work. I have been looking for information on the internet over the last few weeks and it seems as though many have used it for weight loss. Would you say this is not the case?

Yes I definitely like the idea of taking something to aid the process. I think my mind set shifts entirely for the better.

I have on and off had issues with carpal tunnel so have had a bit of a difficult time at the gym. Just recently getting back to training. I’ve been going around 4 days a week. Doing a mixture of weights and avoiding too much on my wrists and focusing on technique. Following with 20 mins of cardio.

I also do a weekly cycle class. I’m finding it hard to gain any strength at all. This has actually always been the issue for me unless taking something to actually gain much muscle or get rid of the flab. Some does shift naturally but it’s very stubborn!

Ok based on this alone drop the Var. These drugs should be reserved for people that are polishing their best physique.

It’s more complicated than that. Do you have a reputable coach you could hire to put together a training regimen and meal plan?

No, I ran it at multiple strengths all to the same end. For me, the muscle pain and head aches started after about 2 weeks in.

This is broscience. Not saying its not true but that is what I have always heard with anavar too.

Thank you for the good advice. I have always used these things to speed up the process when there was a long way to go rather than polish up when I am already nearly there. There are a few trainers at my gym that should be able to assist.

I actually used to work in the fitness industry selling gym memberships for many years and previously personal trainers that worked with me would help me while doing a cycle.

I think I’m ok with regards to what to eat but definitely a training plan would be useful. I really have to be careful with my joints which is annoying so going light and more repetitions has to be the way for me.

Yes that headache I had and nausea was too much. Not sure I want to try it again either

Any time you gain muscle you will burn more calories while you sleep.

This is not a terrible thing. You can get a lot of stimulation with high reps and light to moderate weight. Be sure to keep your rest periods very short and strive for a full pump.

Thank you. I don’t pay too much attention to how long I’m resting in between. I know there’s a lot of science behind the rest periods and the different types of training. I need to do some more reading up I guess.
