I wonder if someone has read “Strength Training Anatomy” by Frederic Delavier and if so what is your oppinion ?
The t-mag guys reviewed this in the ‘stuff we like’ column. good review as I recall.
It’s a good overall review of technique and muscles utilized in different exercises. I find it very helpful when explaining to newbies/clients/friend why you include different exercises to target different areas. Probably not a whole lot of value for the advanced trainer who knows what does what and doesn’t plan to be working with others.
