Has anyone read ‘High Performance Sports Conditioning’ by Bill Foran? If so what are its strengths and weaknesses?

I’ve got it. It’s ok, but it is fairly basic and sticks to the general or common accepted fitness themes. The themes that many of us at T-mag don’t exactly agree with. I’ve yet to read it from cover to cover. I use it to get a third or fourth opinion in some cases. I generally use other sources first.

im just starting to read it (literally just read the first 10 pages). it seems okay so far. Ill keep you posted. Reading with me is a slow process due to other responsibilities.
