Let me start this by saying I LOVE Surge Recovery.
I ordered the protocol back in early Dec before my shoulder op. I figured it was a good time to buy it for when I recovered. Well when I started back up on therapy/lifting I used Surge Recovery b/c it’d be a waste using it during the readjustment period.
Well Tues I hit the gym with Anaconda for the first time, leg day. I had the best workout I’ve had in months. I punished my legs and glutes and the DOMS is hardly there. The recovery of this product is unreal.
I read a piece by Nate Green a few months back stating how he could tax his legs where they would be sore for a week if he really wanted to. I really identified with this piece b/c I really tax the hell out of my legs (too much at times) and they’re usually sore 3 days out of every week.
With Anaconda it’s but cut down to less than 24 hours. Amazing shit.
The months I can’t be rollin with Anaconda I’ll surely be taking Surge Recovery. I have now felt the difference in the two products and must say WOW!
