Is 1 Scoop ANACONDA > 2 Scoops Surge Recovery?

I am a fan of Surge Recovery but am tempted by the ANACONDA promotion, hence the title question. Any thoughts?

I’m wondering the same thing. I’m on a budget but would love to try ANACONDA

I am thinking since the last three big workout supplements (Surge Workout Fuel, MAG-10, ANACONDA) all use something other than sugars to spike insulin, I imagine there is some benefit to the switch (following their general trend). I can justify it price wise if the title equation holds - harder if not. They are pretty different so I am not sure how good a comparison would be. A big question for me is whether a switch to Surge Workout Fuel would be better than to ANACONDA given the greater amount of carbs. I don’t know.

I started using MAG-10 recently and I am a fan. Found that two scoops are better than one. Probably would find the same with ANACONDA and there goes the price comparison.

I’ll probably give ANACONDA a go for the summer. So tempting…

If you have some disposable income, I love 3 scoops ANACONDA, 2 scoops MAG-10, 4 scoops Surge Workout Fuel. If you don’t have disposable income, you may be disappointed, especially if training and diet aren’t already in order.

training and goals?

I have nausea issues with Anaconda therefore I stick with the Surge products. Something to consider when ordering.

Actually a lot of rehab work. I have some old injuries that prevent full on training. I am focusing on proper muscle recruitment, ROM, bring up lagging muscles, (conditioning) etc. more than chasing big numbers. I am getting results doing this on a stack of 2 scoops Surge Recovery + 1 scoop MAG-10 followed by another scoop of MAG-10 an hour later.

No issues with MAG-10 so far. Nausea is not generally a problem for me.

Do not have the disposable income. I am happy with my training right now and diet is good and getting better. Recovery is an issue for me and Surge Recovery has helped with that. The MAG-10 is helping even more. I am sure a big stack would be awesome but I tend to feel better working out 5 to 6 times a week (hitting every part twice) and I have to keep expenses in mind.

I personally was not blown away by the Anaconda Protocol. It was decent, but nothing better than what I was already doing at a fraction of a cost. The reason it was working for people was because it was jamming in a bunch of protein, carbs, and aminos into a very short but anabolic window. A lot of people hadn’t done that before, but there were plenty of us who had already been doing this.

I swear by Surge Recovery. I believe that it’s the most important workout supplement, that and BCAAs. My routine is some type of Creatine-Beta Alanine-Caffeine-Amino drink pre workout. Then drink a serving of Surge while training. Post workout, take another serving of Surge with some Leucine.

This routine has done me well for years now. Occasionally I’ll add some type of protein bar in there if I’m trying to bulk or gain strength.

Thanks.
