Hey guys couldn’t find any up to date post on this diet. Looking for some info like do we count veggie carbs.
Just finished reading the book and I don’t remember seeing this anywhere. I’m new to this diet and want to make sure I don’t eat anything I shouldn’t thats not in that part of the cycle.
