New to the forum. I have been on the Anabolic diet for about 2 months now. Before that I was on a no carb plan with a high carb meal every 4 to 5 days. (Vince Gironda).I do not do any cardio. My workout routine varies. It’s usually 4 times per week. Upper body one day lower body the next M,T,W,F 10-20 seconds between sets. Hour max per workout.
I was wondering if it is detrimental to do no carbs during the week and then re-feed on the weekends. My diet consists of 12 eggs a day, 2 to 4 burgers or steak per day and occasionally tuna and chicken, bacon, protein shake with cream.
I’m 6’3 and fluctuate between 205 and 220. Around 10- 11% bf.
I may start to re-feed only about 24 hours or at most 36 hours.
In the past I used interval training to get cut to about 6%, but found I lost too much mass.
Any advice on carbs and cardio. Thanks
