One of the claims I hear constantly with diets like AD that emphasize low carb-high fat-high protein is that it increases the production of hormones like Testosterone. Now I’m not disputing this, and I understand the basic reasoning behind it, but what I’m asking is does anyone have a study or can prove to me that high fat/low carb diets cause a significant increase in T levels?
By significant, I mean an noticeable increase that would reasonably have an effect on strength/mass gain.
