I know eating higher fats are supposed to raise testosterone, but I want to know if this is true for everyone? Everytime I try eating higher fats and lower carbs, my sex drive decreases dramatically. It returns to normal if I switch back to a carb-dominant plan. Both plans do use the same amount of protein and overall caloric intake. Maybe is this my body’s way of saying it functions better with high carbs, low fat? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I think it may be more along the lines of eating low carbs make you feel like shit period. energy levels are down and you probably don’t want to do much of anything. peace
