Things are looking up even more. My wife got tired of me whining about my back and made an appointment with a super duper chiropractor.
Things done.
Skull adjusted -sphenoid bone: Makes my legs and hips work better. I don’t know why it works, but my legs and hips DO work better.
Neck and upper back: improved my shoulder strength, particularly the subscapularis. My rotator cuff strength has improved. Nerves were being impinged in the cervical spine. All that high bar squatting I used to do. Even better, I can activate the long head of my right triceps now. Now if the elbow tendinits will abate somewhat my bench should get better.
Hips: apparently my hips bones were counter rotated to each other. No I can feel my ass working when I walk and have more power in my step.
Right Bicep tendon: It was out of the groove. It’s been placed back in the bicipital groove and my Bench pressing should improve.
Calcium lactate and magnesium lactate “prescribed” to make muscle contraction and release more efficient.
It was worth all the crunchy sounds and catch-wrestling moves to feel this good.
I go back Wednesday for a follow-up.
The DC expressed absolute horror that I had been lifting weights in the structural condition I was in. Berated me the whole time. She was great.
Kalo Clinic - Sarah Kalomiros. Google it if you’re in the Bay Area. She’s worth the trip. Works with a lot with ultimate fighters in the area currently.
Did your chiro do craniopothy?
that is when they manipulate the bones fontanels in the skull
adjust your upper or lower pallete?
I find that is what helps me, sounds like she is an awesome Dr.
Pics are cool- I need to get on the band wagon with that too…
So you are two weeks out, its getting exciting

She sure does. Adjusted my skull for me - that weird butterfly bone that goes behind your eyes and comes out just below your temples - the sphenoid, I guess it is…
