Nothing but Romanian Deadlifts for 8 weeks, Ladies and Gentlemen!
Mondays:
Pyramiding up and then down: 12 10 8 6 4 2 1 2 4 6 8 10 12 15 20 50 - 120 seconds of rest between sets, always 1 to 3 reps shy of failure.
Tuesdays:
20 sets of 3 - 180 seconds of rest between sets, same weight for all sets.
Wednesdays:
20 sets of 6 - 120 seconds of rest between sets, same weight for all sets.
Thursdays:
10 sets of 10 - 90 seconds of rest between sets, same weight for all sets.
Fridays:
10 sets of 20 - 120 seconds of rest between sets, same weight for all sets.
Please let me know, if you’d welcome a brief report every week or so.

I really can’t say this is a bad idea unless I know the rational behind it, but it certainly seems like a bad idea to me. Why would you want to go 8 weeks without working arms, chest, shoulders, calves, and quads?
this is either the stupidest program i’ve seen…or the greatest program the world has ever seen!! for all we know this will cause him to become hyooge and gain forty pounds of muscle while losing fat every cycle and will win every bodybuilding competition he ever enters from now on…oooooorrrr, it won’t work. you decide.
