To be quite honest, it seems like a waste of a bench and a rack. I cant say that i see a benefit to doing this at all. What were you trying to achieve with this?
If it works for you and you are getting stronger, good, keep doing it. But at 6’2" 190 lbs I don’t think it’s working too well. What is your actual layout throughout the week?

prior to that 40 he would have done 63… so he did 103 DL’s and 103 BP’s in one workout??? Thats pretty wild. Even with low weights (OP does only weigh 190)
I reckon it would be a good way of stripping fat and would burn alot of calories. Nothing like heavy compound movements to increase metabolism and your v02max max.
