so, Dwarfie~

have you ever Shangri-La’d beneath the summer moon?
Heh heh! If ShangrLa is a metaphor for a passionate act, then yes!

Wife, backyard, standing, starlit night, both wearing robes, several years ago.
It would have been perfect, if only ID’s head was flat, so his wife could have rested her drink on his head while ID went to work.

 Just kidding.

Short people are very useful. The little guys in our unit cleared the IEDs for us, for example (tiny hands, not a lot to clean up if they mess up.)
On the other hand you are a snipers dream, since you are head and shoulders above the masses
Exactly what I was told on the first day of basic.
Yea I figured. Was it hard to find gear for you?
Really only the BDU pants. My mom fixed them (sewed) for me.

Even tough special ops guys need their mammas.

My kevlar didn’t got far enough down, but I fixed that by cutting one in half, melting the rough edge, and putting on the side gaps and bottom with gorrilla tape. Worked, too.

Where there is a will to survive there is a way.

Okay back to Ed bugging ID

What’s up with the robe wearing? Sheesh.
What’s a gift without the wrapping?

So Dwarfie -

in the 32 rules of Zombie attacks, Cardio is number one, as it should be.

however,

double tap is #4 - do you think this is the proper ranking for double tap?

Sorry the delay in replying. The storm knocked our cable service out for 24 hours!

I fuckin’ LOVED Zombieland! Frankly, I’m over the whole damn zombie phenomenon. But that film was great on multiple levels, and always fun to watch.

I agree it should not be #4, but lower on the list. I base this on the effectiveness of other priority rules that are better at keeping you from direct contact with zombies.

Speaking of rules, how do you feel about the Bell Biv DeVoe rule which states:

Never trust a big butt and a smile.

Is this universally applied or are there certain exceptions?

do you think that Hurricane Sandy unfairly targeted the lower New Jersey area due to the TV show?

do you think this was a publicity stunt to increase ratings?

LOL and LOL to you both!

There are no exceptions… well, except maybe for a statue of Buddha I once saw. He was fat and smiling and it made me feel warm and fuzzy, even though I’m not Buddhist.

With all that wind we had, 2 of the things that stayed upright in Jersey were the hair of The Situation, and Pauly D (I had to Google those idiots).

Even Mother Nature has limits.

I just picked up a prject in Westfield NJ starting monday - is that anywhere near the Dwarf Hovel?

Since it’s Halloween, here’s a horror story for you ID.

ID’s wife: “Honey, I have something to tell you. I cheated on you.”

ID: sobs “Who was he?”

ID’s wife: “He’s a professional bodybuilder. His name is Branch Warren.”

ID: “Damn that blocky, disproportionate son of a bitch!”

ID’s wife: "We made love to “In the Air Tonight”

ID: “Nnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooo!”
