Heh heh!

Yeah. I had this old thread bookmarked and accidentally clicked it instead of the overall link bookmark. I replied to Push and myself without thinking (distracted by a new job that just came in).
Still, it’s good advice… even if only to myself!

lol[/quote]

Good that you did, the thread was a great read! Man you’re like an encyclopedia with arms & legs.

LOL Thanks Cuso!

But I bullshitted my way through this thread… just like I did high school!

Heh heh! If ShangrLa is a metaphor for a passionate act, then yes!

Wife, backyard, standing, starlit night, both wearing robes, several years ago.

that was a metaphor for finding nirvana in this chaos of life, not an opportunity for you to show off~

what do you think of Janes Addiction - I am not a fan, but there are some that believe that they are still cutting edge~

<-----lowers head in shame.

Okay, I live day to day for the most part, and try not to let most things ruffle my feathers.

I liked most of the first album (“Mountain Song” is in my workout playlist).
Otherwise, I’m not a big JA fan.

what is your training regimen these days? diet info also~

Diet- between 60 - 100 carbs only per day. Lots of fatty meats, veggies.

Training- Modified DC split. Frequency varies from week to week (3-6x per week, depending on how I feel). Dealing with knee and elbow tenndinitis, and a recent shoulder flare-up.

Getting older sucks.

QFT

how do you stand on the electoral college, do you think that it accomplishes the goal of keeping the tyrrany of the majority in mob rules, or do you think that the level of education that the US citizens have today would allow it to be abolished, and have direct elections as originally intended by the framers of the constitution?

It would have been perfect, if only ID’s head was flat, so his wife could have rested her drink on his head while ID went to work.

 Just kidding.

Short people are very useful. The little guys in our unit cleared the IEDs for us, for example (tiny hands, not a lot to clean up if they mess up.)

Eliminate it… along with daylight savings time!
