Just disgusting. There’s not one inch of real human flesh anywhere on that pic.

lol

are Gingerz a genetic anomaly or are they just cursed from birth?

ID, why does the band Creed carry negative connotations and why are they so heavily criticized by many music fans? Something is amiss.
LOL

Well, for one thing (and aside from his past legal troubles and sex tape scandal), Stapp’s sound has been compared to Eddie Vedder since day one (the same thing happened to Scott Weiland during STP’s first 2 albums). Apparently that post-grunge vocal style had worn thin as the last decade progressed.

Next, Stapp comes across as a holier-than-thou type… similar to his idol, Bono. Onstage he often is overly dramatic - getting into cock-rock poses with an occasional crucifix pose thrown in for good measure. But what rock star DOESN’T act the act on stage?
But hey, it’s totally uncool to listen to Creed.

However, I really like their crunchy sound (credit Mark Tremonti for that) and heavy riffing when they’re at their best, and I have 2 of their albums in my iTunes library. Okay, I just admitted how uncool I am. But at least I’m a passionate hater of Nickelback.

Well, you’re an old fuck like me. And with my history of bum knees, winter and damp weather in general are a pain in the patella!

Warm up carefully, for however long it takes. Sometimes MOST of my quad workout is spent just acclimating my knees with warm-ups and ramping sets. Also, take a lot of fish oil caps.

That’s all I got.

Same here.

However nothing seems to work when it comes to straight bar pressing. Tried it again the other night with careful ramping after taking a good year or so off to mend aching shoulder joints. Didn’t work. I’m done. It’s dumbbells forever.
X2!
Two weeks ago I tried some strict Smith machine presses… after carefully warming and ramping. OUCH! Back to the DB’s.

Ever try doing your DB presses in an alternating fashion?

I’ve been doing them that way standing lately, and love it! No impingement at all. Just like a piston… when one is up, the other is down with palm facing me in front of my chest.

ID are you talking to yourself?

Are you okay?

Heh heh!

Yeah. I had this old thread bookmarked and accidentally clicked it instead of the overall link bookmark. I replied to Push and myself without thinking (distracted by a new job that just came in).
Still, it’s good advice… even if only to myself!

lol
