so you did a blitz here, jumping on O-line? LOL
wut?
linebackers try to blitz over the offensive line to sack qbs&backs???
Sacking the backs? You really are from Italy
so,if I (center) shotgun directly to the full-back (as per “wildcat” offense,Miami Dolphins) and LB tackles him isn’t a sack? LOL
nice stretch… but no, its not a sack. “lol”
A sack is only credited if the quarterback is tackled behind the line of scrimmage while attempting a pass play. If it is a designed QB run and he is tackled behind the line of scrimmage then the yards are subtracted from the QB’s rushing total.
well,
having used the wildcat offense last year (my last season) I suspect that if I shotgun to a back, the back starts to run,he did’t go over line of scrimmage, then decide to pass.
in this case I see a QB who is attemping to pass and if a LB tackles him is a sack, not a tackle.

QBs get sacked behind the line of scrimmage. Everyone else gets tackled, regardless of where they are.
A QB who runs the ball doesnt become a running back. Likewise, a running back who throws a pass doesnt become a quarterback.
Must be a football player. Those are typical 1rm maxes for the top 1-15 percent of football players at most schools.
Actually in high school powerlifting he would never come in even 3rd at a meet unless the competition was really weak.
You can get big and strong by just following your coaches advice and not know how to design a program yourself. He should take notes on what has gotten him to this size.

Hate to say it, but this is not the first semi-retarded thread created by the OP, for someone with intermediate-advanced stats, you sure are dumb. So yeah I am hopping on the train and saying you’re full of shit as well and if you decide to post pics/vids, hold a sign with your username on it.

I want my video of this guy benching 365 while only being able to pull 415! WHERE IS IT?! After these pics im even more convinced that ain’t happening. You are well developed for an 18 yo buddy, but no way those arms and back can get a 365 through a full ROM on the bench.

I don’t see the point in doubting his numbers. Guy is at least putting up what he is eating and how he has been training. That’s more than a lot of people asking for help post, yet a lot of guys jump on and give those guys more help than this.
Yeah, the question seems silly but he’s 18…even if i had a good base like he did at 18 i would have some questions too. I’m not much older but the point still stands. Seeing as he has been listening to his coach, it’s good that he is trying to see what works best for him and what else is out there.

You sound like someone who is inexperienced and relatively weak.
I’m really done with this post and everyone’s bullshit, I could really fucking care less what you believe and what you don’t. I put up pics, my diet and my training regime, if you don’t believe my stats then I really don’t care, I was looking for simple advice not a bunch of people criticizing my stats and I don’t feel obligated to make someone I’m never gonna meet and one that has no significance in my life believe what i say.
Well, from what I can see in your pics, you are very lean, but have tons of room to add more weight. From the looks of your diet, you aren’t taking in nearly enough calories to do that, so that’s the first place I would look before trying to figure out what you might be doing wrong in the weight room.

You only eat this and weigh 235?! If you actually started eating like a man you’d be huge

I don’t see how this is refuting my point Bonez, sir. Please explain where i went wrong in my reasoning - i keep an open mind
and yes, i am relatively inexperienced and weak, but i think i’m doing pretty well for myself - never touched a weight in my life before April 2009 and for those less than 2 yrs i’ve gone from 160 lbs to 225 without having my waist baloon so i must be doing something right… And my point remains - over that time period i got from 155 to 275 bench, 135 to ~ 370-380 squat and 185 to ~420+ deadlift. I don’t care what your leverages are - 405 deadlift is rank beginner, but to have a solid 365 bench you need a strong-ass back. Even if you don’t practice deadlift often (which OP prolly does if he is throwing a nunmber out there) and/or have piss-poor form, the strength of that back alone will be enough to carry you htorugh MUCH MROE than a 400 lbs dead… And i’m sorry - those pics don’t show a big strong back…
