Amount of Sets Per Body Part

365 bench and 415 deadlift - i call bullshit. If you can bench that much, you need a big-ass back. Even with shitty technique you’d still be able to deadlift 500+. Get your story straight brah! Oh, and we need a shoe so we cna judge the lagging bodyparts…and subsequent sets numbers.
No you don’t. It’s 365 not 465. My max is 335 and I’ve never deadlifted more than 275 because of a couple fucked up discs. A big deadlift is NOT a requirement for a decent bench.

I’m not saying I do or don’t believe his stats, but your reasoning above is flawed.

Correct.

Gene Rychlak, one of the best benchers of all time, didn’t deadlift in his training. Same goes for other bench press specialists, who either didn’t deadlift or didn’t deadlift frequently.

If yo truly were 11 percent at 235, your lifts would be much much higher. Someone with that ratio of muscle to fat at such a high weight would indefinitely be stronger.

That being said, to address your question, well, it’s tough to answer without more information about your training. What does your current weekly setup look like? Exercises? Etc.

For all you arrogant people commenting on this picture i will post pictures and for those who call bullshit on my stats i can take a picture of that also if it will help you sleep at night. lemonman456 my squat in fact is to low but that is how i always have been taught and i had a knee problem about 12 weeks ago so now i go slightly higher, i aim to touch my hamstrings to my calves (a little below parallel). I just love how people automatically judge and assume things without giving one a chance. I’ve worked my ass of for something i love…something so hard to understand? If your really interested on how i got these stats then ill tell you, i was an all American high school linebacker who ended up getting 2 concussions and 2 brain damages his senior year. I focused mainly on strength training at the time and explosiveness. My strength coach was Mark R. Kerr 2 time drug free worlds strongest man and 5 time world power lifting champion and after my concussions he continued to train me since football was over for me. Now im being trained by an ex bodybuilder at my gym but the reason for my post was so many people tell me im overworking when i do 16 sets for legs chest and back and 14 sets for shoulders and 12 sets for bis/tris but its how ive seen must of my results but im also young with great genetics where i can recover quickly. I was simply wanting an opinion.

Pics coming within the next few days…
u mad?
he mad

He mad. Won’t hold my breath for pics…

The reason for my posting was because my trainer is sometimes considered to be a little bit over the top with sets and workouts and the guy who owns the gym i go to competed 5 years ago and he said i should be doing a litle less which is why i wanted a broad opinion, im sorry for wording my first post the way i did, honestly if i saw that on here i would criticize it exactly the way everyone did but anyways i will have my whole workout routine and diet on here tonight around 5 but i have a session to go to now. Pics will be up tomorrow.

oh and i am 6 foot 3 inches tall

Ahem… It’s after 5

Hate to say it, but this is not the first semi-retarded thread created by the OP, for someone with intermediate-advanced stats, you sure are dumb. So yeah I am hopping on the train and saying you’re full of shit as well and if you decide to post pics/vids, hold a sign with your username on it.

Very interested to see some truth to these claims.

so,if I (center) shotgun directly to the full-back (as per “wildcat” offense,Miami Dolphins) and LB tackles him isn’t a sack? LOL

PS; I like to see the wildcat offense like an evolution of 80’s College wishbone.
