so do you think im using muscle tissue and/or the MAG-10 as fuel instead of carbs/fats?
is there anything i can/should do to make things “better” (for lack of a better word)?

No, it just means that your body is producing ketones and using them for energy… which is actually muscle-sparing.

Yeah, because if you really smell ammonia I think it can be a kidney problem… Not that I’m certain or anything, but I recently read a doctor’s answer to a pasiant on this topic… → So, if you think you smell like ammonia, maybe you should contact your doctor, just to be sure…

thanks ill look into it but im “hoping” its just that my protein intake is too high although last night i i had about 1/3 of a jar of natty PB just for the sake of upping my fats and im doing another pulse today.
i woke up sweating (pretty common for me) but i smelled my beater and i could clearly smell a ‘chemical’. my sense of smell sucks so im still not sure if its ammonia or acetone…
