Easy there, Casanova… just because I’m not blonde doesn’t mean I won’t shoot you down, too.

Who’s hitting on who? Can your daddy beat up his daddy?

While I can’t speak for fatherly fisticuffs, I DID give his mom a pretty solid pounding last night, if yaknamean.
edit: OK, OK, hijack over. Have fun with the whole, “we know more than the professionals” thing.

Ndiddy, I like your stance on the continuing education and keeping up with current research. Do you know if there are high intances of some people just doing easy continuing ed? I know there has been an instance where people do that for continuing CSCS education.[/quote]
Definitely. I currently work for a contract food service company that offers free monthly webinars that rarely pertain to my patient population, but we always do them.
Again its up to the person to seek out education that allows them to be experts in their respective area of interest.

Actually I don’t. I don’t listen to hip hop (yaknamean).

And those are the types of people that should be in the industry.

You don’t need to listen to hip hop to know about banging women.
You’re gonna have to think up a better excuse than that… because otherwise your parents are gonna start suspecting you don’t subscribe to GQ for the articles.
/hijack for realsies

Ohh defensive, I struck a cord.
Obviously you get off trying to be a cool guy.
Insecure maybe? Sorry about your small penis.
Keep it up Anonym, you will make it real far in life.
Yah being disrespectful is an awesome quality.
h0nkey, you’re skinny. Maybe you should eat a little more carbs, mate. Little bit of Mcdonalds never killed anyone.
Appreciate the advice, but at 5’6", I’d prefer to be lean and mean over looking like a dumb shit. I prefer looking looking good naked, I will admit that.
TC wrote an article a while back. He recommended closing your eyes and to stand with your back towards a mirror. Open your eyes are look behind you. What do you see? A piece of shit physique (fat ass) or a nice figure? Me, I know I look good. Some of the “big” guys on here, probably not so much. I will probably live longer too, feel better, and in all honesty, look better as well (clothed and non).
I’m probably getting myself into a can of worms with this one ![]()
Eh, you just look skinny so not so sure about “looking better”. It’s one thing to be in shape and control bodyfat levels - I’m all for that - but at the same time looking like you don’t train in or out of clothes isn’t particularly appealing to the subconscious of most women (not what the media tells women to like).

I see your point. But humor me this. Why is it that Ryan Reynolds in blade is more attractive (to most young women) than say, CT from this here site. Don’t get me wrong, CT is a BEAST, but he will look pretty goofy for the non-body builder type (most young woman don’t know what a push press is Hoss).
I’d be willing to bet most girls (that you and I would find attractive), find an athletic build more attractive then big huge muscles. Just sayin. I know that is a big statement to say here on this site. And for the record, I might not have 20" arms, but anybody who knows anything can tell I am in shape, eat right, exercise and take care of myself even when I am clothed. That is what a woman looks for in the first few seconds; visually attractive, dressed nicely, takes care of himself, exercises, confidence…those are the qualities that deep down (genetics) a woman is attracted to. It’s about survival of the fittest, who will provide the best offspring, it is a natural survival mechanism. If you know anything about biology (I don’t know much), fittest doesn’t mean in the best “shape”, it is about survival and offspring.
There must be a happy medium, a huge man will require loads of energy and will not be able to travel long distances, etc. Too small, cannot protect, blah blah blah. You get my point.
Also, regarding women. I don’t play into the whole playboy mantra. I am intelligent and believe in having a genuine conversation with a woman, w/ no intentions of lying/showing off/trying to impress her to “FOOL” her into liking me like it is some sales pitch. Fuck sales I hate that shit. What a joke. How about this, have a legit conversation, make her actually like “YOU”, then when you bring her home and get naked, it will be the icing on the cake. Plus, she won’t find out about your lies and spread the word about your douchbaggery.
How did this conversation reach the point to judging and criticizing my physique anyhow? Jesus Christ people, no wonder the middle east hates us, we are a bunch of assholes.
EDIT - No disrespect intended liquid. Based on your pics, doesn’t look like your ass is too fat, but I still disagree with your statements and the way you present them ![]()
Well environmental influences have been shown to possibly outweigh instinctual (not the word I’m looking for but I can’t remember the exact phrase they use) influences. Basically, the media, and society in general can alter what may be the natural inclination of what “healthy” or “positive” is.
Point in case would be annorexic looking models and women. The media has skewed it to make women feel as though having curves is something to be ashamed of, even though biologically, men are attracted to them as they usually mean a more healthy possibly mate which ultimately is the innate goal of every species.
This has also been shown to have less affect the older and more mature one is.
Now, regarding you personally, and please understand this is not a personal attack on you because honestly I don’t care about you in the slightest but for the sake of the discussion we’ll go back to you as an example.
- Saying you are intelligent usually means you’re not nearly as smart as you believe yourself to be. You shouldn’t have to state this as your validation for intelligence.
- If I saw you in a t-shirt I can honestly say I would question whether or not you worked out or if you were just a skinny kid with a fast metabolism. Without your shirt on, it’s slightly better but not by much. I like to think I know how to tell the difference when people look as though they train and when they don’t.
- Going back to the prime mate and the body’s goals being surviving and mating - in this day and age the physical aspects of survival and mating have become less and less. More and more the societal views that I spoke of above outweigh those that are innate to us. This is in part, why uglier people seem to be able to procreate easier these days (this is me being an arrogant ass and I’m aware of it).
I like to think I’m not fat either. Rowing isn’t exactly conducive to being fat though I do have an off-season weight and in-season weight for sure.
Spoken like true virgins
Speaking mostly to nottawinner
ha ya I was joking about that Liquid you look hella good. I would agree with a lot of what you have to say here. However I feel your judgment is biased, being a power lifter/body builder. A young woman who runs on the treadmill for exercise will judge differently than yourself.
As far as validating my intelligence and you throwing out a claim with no evidence to support it; Having a college degree from Oregon State University doesn’t prove that I am intelligent, however it does show I have enough brains to do what most people can’t/don’t. Can’t argue with that. Seeing as you row, I am assuming you are a collegiate athlete, you know this. The whole intelligence piece was in regards to having a legit conversation with a woman, being mature enough to not think only with my dick. For example in my original story, I had no intentions of hooking up w/ the girl, She was going to Vegas to visit her b/f…that throws all Anonym’s nonsense out the window right there.
I just feel that it is ignorant to state that you cannot tell I workout. Most people I am around (family, friends, co-workers) end up asking about nutrition and exercise…they wouldn’t be asking me questions if I looked like Mccully Coulkin or whatever that douches name is. When you look better than the majority, people notice. We (most t-men), are outliers among the general population. You have to look outside of the box we call T-Nation and your power lifting clubs.
And when I say I look better than a lot of the “big” guys on here, obviously that isn’t everyone, I would imagine you are smart (and secure) enough to know I am not referring to people w/ physiques like yours. You look good (better than myself) and in all reality, if we were to sit down somewhere (obviously not gonna happen) I would love to discuss nutrition/exercise with you. You do a better job taking care of your physique than I do, and I envy that.
I love all the talk about getting women since you look like you lift with or without clothes. That may work if you pick up on girls at the school for the deaf and blind; but if you cant talk to them or you look like sloth from the goonies, i dont care how big you think you are.
