I like to cut an avocado in half, remove the pit, and fill the “pit orifice” with soy sauce.
PROTIP: Softer avocados are easier to cut that firmer avocados, and usually taste better!
PROTIP #2: To easily remove the pit, stab at it with the edge of a sharp kitchen knife and yank it out. Voila, no more pit!
I take a very ripe whole avocado, peel and pit it, slice up and put into blender with 2 scoops chocolate whey, 2 tablespoons Godiva hot chocolate powder, 1 cup of milk, and blend very well.
The consistency is that of chocolate pudding. Eat with a spoon.
Effin’ delicious!
That sounds awesome Dwarfy.
Do you pour the mixture into a glass and put it in the fridge?

Holy shit, vic… HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
I eat avocados at least 5 days out of the week. Usually one or two per day. Usually with eggs. Sometimes as guac. Sometimes just plain with salt and pepper.
Adding onto pimpbot’s protip numero dos, once the pit’s out, slice the avocado long-ways and then squeeze the slices out onto your plate.

No. I use an avocado that had been in the fridge beforehand, so the ingredients are already cold anyway. I use the Magic Bullet blender, so the blending cup IS the “glass” already.
Avocado and chocolate… sounds dangerous… I like it.
I usually eat Mexican twice a week and get some guacamole with my steak fajitas.
I’m going to costco later so I’m going to grab some and try out this chocolate pudding madness!
That sounds pretty beast IronDrawf. I’m not a fan of avacados at all, but i manage to choke them down from time to time. I actually have one in the fridge now. So Thanks for the recipe, gonna try it in a few minutes !
WOW, just tried it. Had to make a few changes. Didn’t have any hot chocolate powder, so I use 100% pure cocoa. Put in a tablespoon of cinnamon for any added benefit. 2 scoops of choc. whey. 1 cup of milk. My blender has a milkshake option so I blended it up for a couple of minutes.
Has a creamy pudding texture and taste rather tasty. Has a small avacados aftertaste but it’s definitely palatable.
Thanks again haha
Love em. They’re awesome - full of healthy fats.
I like to make a simple guac - just mash, add fresh squeezed lemon juice and some sea salt. Mix, top chicken, fish, steak or eggs with…

Glad you liked it, Mike!
I use large avocados. I adjust the milk sometimes if it’s smaller than a large one. The consistency I shoot for is just like thick pudding. And because of the fat content of the avocado, it almost amazingly leaves the sides of the cup clean as I eat it down to the bottom with a spoon.
I like to slice it up and serve it on eggs scrambled with sliced jalapenos, onions and tomatoes, served with charro beans and topped with cheese.
love them, but here in egypt there around $7 ea… so fuck that.
X2 on the props to ID for that pudding recipe. I just whipped some up for the mister and he was blown away by my culinary prowess.

By the way, I devised that recipe myself.
Im impressed! It’s pretty calorically dense, so I only tasted it but the texture was amazing!
My personal favorite avo use is kind of a faux-deviled egg
1.)Hard boil eggs
2.)Remove yolk
3.)Mash yolks with avocado, lime juice, dash of hot sauce, and salt n pepper
4.)Spoon yolk/avo mixture back into egg, like a devil egg
5.)Enjoy.
Optional: wrap in bacon!
When it’s time for a cheat meal, deep fry avacados. Slice them, coat them with breading and fry, you can use avocado oil. The natural buttery flavor is delicious without much seasoning but you can season to taste of course.
Even better, buy large avacados, remove the seed and enlarge the hole where the seed sits. Stuff the halves with grilled steak or chicken, top with cheese, batter and fry. It’s hard to keep it all together and fry evenly but with practice and high heat you’ll get the hang of it.

Still waiting for broad reports on mixing avocado and chocolate but it sounds interesting.
