Still waiting for broad reports on mixing avocado and chocolate but it sounds interesting.[/quote]
Whatās the holdup?
My initial reason for using avocado in a shake was because I was looking for a good thickening agent. Iāve tried heavy cream, yogurt, ice cream etc, but nothing seemed to give it the heavy body I craved. One day I had an overripe avocado in the fridge and decided to try it. It worked so well, I noticed it also needed a flavor boost. THATās where the Godiva hot chocolate powder comes in.

I love avocados and I love chocolate; godiva is amazing. My fear is that mixing the two will forever ruin both.
My association to avocados is genuine Tex-Mex salty, gooey, spicy deliciousness tempered by the creamy avocado, a far flavor profile cry from chocolate.
I like it on Pizza and burgers.
If you mash it up, add some Extra virgin olive oil+ salt and stir it up, you get a decent dressing.
I typically slice it in half, remove the pit, and sprinkle with lemon or lime juice and pepper. Eat out of the skin with a spoon. Awesome.

Actually, avocados with mole sauce on them are awesome. Chocolate with chipotle.
I like to add them to a protein shake, makes it really thick. Or slice one up and sprinkle some sea salt on it.
