AM In The PM

I am curious when the nightshifters workout. I am in the medical field and work 3 12hr shifts/week (7p-7a)and usually a little extra. I find it difficult to establish a good workout schedule.

If I try to workout after work I find my energy level is shit and then I can’t sleep for a couple hours afterward. In the eve I am short on time and feel like I need to rush through the workout and the intensity level suffers.

Any advice or shared experience would be appreciated.
