My girl and one of my buddies is trying to convince me that because I’ve been congested and my snot has been green and bloody that I am sick. I keep trying to tell them that I don’t get sick. I certainly don’t feel on top of my game, but I am still able to perform at the gym even though I feel shitty. Am I sick?

Most people consider HAVING PUSS and BACTERIA in your snot as being sick.
jesting
isn’t this thread a bit like going to your doctor and asking which has the best anabolic responce, the squat or the deadlift?
Heres a quick guide that you can print off and refer to in future
Health concerns = go to doctor
Workout/strength = go to T-Nation
Notic a strange smell follow you around all day = wipe your arse
Imo you are sick. everyone gets sick at somepoint. It doesn’t mean you are weak. If anything, it’s a good thing because if you never get sick, when the superflu comes along, you will be the first to die as you have no antibodies.
You’re probably sick. As a general rule, if it has been going on for longer than a week, I suggest you see a doctor. Usually less than a week suggests a viral infection, but if you feel bad enough get checked out.

I don’t get sick, but Am I.
It’s becoming painfully apparent that an increasing number of people in this country float through life without the slightest danger of being inconvenienced by such mundane concepts as reality and logical consistency.
