Probably, absorption is pretty rapid through that end.
However, it would probably work best if you tried cramming it in on it’s own.

yeah, you get constant absorbtion throughout the day. people used to suggest like trapping it on your torso with seran wrap but honestly shit like that is rediculous.

anyways, the scoops of creatine is actually realyl tiny (5 grams) i do that plus an equal amount of gatorade powder. yeah it’s kinda weird the first few times you try it but i’m telling man, you will get NOTICABLY stronger and bigger within the first like, 10 days you try it out.

i mean, just be smart about it. don’t make a freaking mess. and do laundry.

Don’t use 100% cotton socks, they absorb too much of the active ingredients. Sounds wierd but I definitely noticed a difference.

I found that you have to also make sure they are the tall soccer style socks. Low cut socks just allow to much sublimation of the powder and it escapes before being readily absorbed. Like I said earlier, it’s science.

I never bother with the tall socks, I know they help but I just don’t have that much dedication. As long as you avoid the low cut ankle socks you’ll probably be fine. If it isn’t working for you then definitely try the soccer sock thing.

In college I failed human biology. The second time I took it I would wear the book open on top of my head during class.
The knowledge absorbed into my brain and I aced the class. Didn’t pick up any chics though, but i sure could name all the feet muscles.

You guys are right about the sock thing, but there’s other ways. I prefer to put creatine in yellow rubber gloves and wear them while driving.

Prof x puts creatine in his hat, that’s how he got so big.
