Power clean 300. I’ve never done it, I’d like to see somebody do it. (come to think of it, I’ve never done any of the other things either.) And even if it doesn’t win the vote, feel free to work on option 6 any time. We won’t hold it against you.

Early poll results are leaning toward the 300 power clean. Dang, doesnt anybody want to see me look pretty? Its alot easier for me to power clean heavy if I bulk up and have my traps up to my ears.
But I guess folks want me to stay true to my name and do something a little above average for us older guys.
I’ll keep the poll open for another 24 hrs for absentee votes, but I think I’m going to see if I can get my bodyfat down to look good for the ladies AND power clean 300. Now THAT’S a challenge. Doc

Amen, Elaikases, no time like the present for a good dream. Couldnt wait for the “polls” to close, went straight to World’s for my first real workout pursuing my new goals.

BTW, before the workout, I was sunning in the pool with my son, and I told him about my poll. He adamantly insisted I get buff, as my man boobs and flabby gut really bother him and he further went on to inform me that I cant find a new hot babe looking like I look now. What a kid! Brutal honesty, but he has my best interests at heart, and he is already moving on post divorce better than I have.
So I’ll just have to power clean and bench 300 while dropping about 20 pounds of flab. NO PROBLEM.
Thanks to all you guys, you helped keep me alive when I was down and you helped fire me back up to train heavy now that I got my spirit back.

Looks like the 300# Bench and the 300 power clean are around the corner…now the timeline on number 6…

Number 6 is gonna require some cardio and bodybuilding, sorry guys… My son took some pictures of me and its not a pretty sight. The older you get, the worse fat looks on you. (I read it in physics book…its true!) And me and my neglect of legs, shit, my arms are about the same size as my legs-about 19 each! And somebody stole my delts when I wasnt looking.

I guess when you're married a long time you really just dont give a fuck how you look. She didnt either, so it wasnt just me!
Anyway, dont fear, just gonna mix up my workouts, like I did 60 minutes mixed cardio today, Wednesday I'm gonna train hard on cleans, benches and squats (Yeah, squats, happy Stu?). If it wasnt so ugly I'd post the picture (unless you guys really think I should post it to motivate me). I'm pretty sure I'll reach my goals, I got the juices flowing again. In three months, I'l have a video where I'm gonna power clean 300, bench 315 and then take my shirt off and show some abs. Or better yet have two chicks take my shirt off and rub oil on my abs. And the chicks could be in bikinis and they could "load the bar." Oh shit I'm out of control here, I swear I'm not on drugs guys.

You got a plan, Doc, now go out and implement. Have fun with the squats. Nothing like a whole new set of aches and pains to get you motivated.

OK, streamline insisted, and I think I need all the motivation I can get, so I’m gonna embarass myself with current photos. Now at least you’ll understand why I want to get in better shape for the ladies. Fortunately training hard will just help, nothing burns calories better than OL as far as I’m concerned.

Legs need some size
Lot there to work with, can see you hidin under there, don’t appear to be obese at all.
Hell, you hit the weights and work on the diet you’ll be fightin them off.

Well, thanks, guys, I sure wasnt expecting kind words after that picture. I guess I never accepted “better than average,” I guess thats why I still sometimes wish I had a 12 inch dick.

HAHA…You never know what’s gonna come out of my mouth, do you? That one slipped out partly because I’m having some wonderful pm’s with a sexy gal on T-Nation where I joked with her if she could handle a foot long johnson. I think I have Tourette’s Syndrome right now…all sorts of shit flying out of my mouth, along with a twitch or two.

 But I'm living...and training...and having a good laugh whenever I can, even if its at my expense. And I'm sorry guys, I looked at that picture again...and I STILL think I look like a shaved Sasquatch. But its fixable. I'll have that "after shot" in 88 days. Started my strict training and diet and aint nothing gonna stop me. I just got hit with several of the biggest sledgehammers of life adversity, and I got knocked down, but I'm back up.
