The stuff I read says to stay away from steady state aerobic stuff that lasts more than 20 minutes. It’s supposed to elevated cortisol levels, which in turn suppress T.

Strength: 5/3/1 week1 wave3, and Giant sets

1a. Squats: 375x5, 405x5, 435x5, 505x2, 425x5, 445x5
1b. Sumo Dead lift high pulls (explosive): 115x8, 115x8, 115x8, 115x8, 115x8, 115x8
1c. Ab Roll outs: 6 sets of 8 reps

2a. Still legged Dead lifts: 275x5, 315x5, 365x5, 385x5
2b. Burpees with 55lb Dumbells in each hand: 4 sets of 8 reps
2c. Ab roll outs: 4 sets of 8 reps


Some accessory Stuff:

3a. Dumbbell Shurgs: 120’sx8 120’sx8, 120’sx8
3b. Dumbbell Lateral raises: 40x8, 40x8, 40x8
3c. Standing Dumbbell Curls: 55x6, 50x6, 45x6


Extract: As hard as you can push yourself:

200 Rope jumps as fast as possible
Stair climber level 15 for 1:30

So we got to where we needed to be for work pretty early and were looking for nothing more than a place to crash for a few…What we found was a free breakfast of Scrambled eggs with onions, peppers, steak and cheese in it…Never being one to turn down a free breakfast, i GORGED myself! I hadn’t eaten in a while and knew i didn’t have anything to do but rest for a little bit…

Then the manager of the hotel we just arrived at approaches me and says he is very sorry but there are no rooms available, and they won’t be for a few hours…

So I burp, then head out to a local gym near the hotel for my workout…Let me tell you, if you wanna punish someone, fill them to the brim with eggs and then make them go do some ballistic movements! It was about as cool as Nell Carter sitting on your face…

Anyway, once I got moving i guess the food started digesting and I felt better and better as the workout went on…i killed the 505x2 like it was nothing, and for what the gym had i made it into a decent workout…i am ready to get back home,…bottle my beer, sleep in my own bed and go to my own gym…

Hey Alpha, have you ever heard of the book “In A Pit With A Lion On A Snowy Day”?

The title comes from an Old Testament story about one of David’s generals, Benaiah. Short book but good stuff.

You seem to be a guy that embodies “chasing lions.” Think you’d enjoy it.

Have you ever tested your vertical jump? With the amount of sprinting and whatnot you do, and the emphasis you put on general athleticism, along with your BEASTLY relative strength, I would imagine you could put up a pretty decent number.

Also, have you ever tried to do a one arm chinup? Again, with the amount of weight you can put up on a two armed chin, I would be unsurprised if you could do it.
