  • It was decent. My plan is 455x10 last week, 475 this week and 495x10 next week so that I can keep my promise of staying under 500 lbs.

NOTES:

  • I wanted that 250 log because that would mean that mean i am only about 100lbs away from being competitive again.
  • Everything is moving up, so that is a plus!

Here is a video where the Crew and I talk about if you are the Strongest Person in your gym, then maybe it is time to find a new gym. Check it out if you are interested. Getting advice from people of this caliber is huge, so I would listen to the other guys!

Hey Brian just subbed to ya channel great stuff glad you’re on the comeback i wondering if you could spare some tips , reps,sets, techniques for and progression for zercher squats hope im not out of line by asking on your thread thanks love the content and knowledge you give out thanks again

Also glad your line’s out. Try not to kill yourself in attaining your former strengths. They always return.

@odin1010 Hey brother, thanks for asking but I am not a huge fan of the percher squat because I think there are better options with the SSB bar and other exercise, but since I have never really worked extensively with Zercher Squats, I try not to give people advice about things i don’t do. Sorry brother!

First time back working with the Axle and I was lucky enough to work up to 300lbs. I’ll take that any Day! It’s coming back slowly people, but at least it is coming back!

So for this workout, it was my first time back Squatting So i went with the Hands Wide SSB Variation because it makes things a lot harder than they reasonably should be…I was fortunate enough to hit 610x2 which is much better than expected!

Also here is a video for any of you who are a little bit short(er) or you have a comp with a high bar height in it:

I’ve been away for awhile and I have been catching up on your log. Made me feel a little silly about been all pissed off about my recent big toe strain that has sidelined me for 3 weeks.
