First off…obligatory Hottie post.
Hey guys, I’m planning on training for a sprint triathalon (.9mile swim, 3mile run, 20(?)mile bike) in about 4-5months. Or maybe even next summer. So this is just planning in advanced.
I’m quite proud of the bit of muscle I’ve gained despite doing a lot of activities (stickfighting, mma, grappling, gymnastics, track team)…
I know alpha male will help me to maintain mass while I train for the triathalon, but how should I cycle, and are there any ingredients that would get me barred from the track team?
Also, I’m 18, will probably be 19 around the time of the triathalon… should I just not use AM and rely on youths method of ‘bouncing back’?
Until I’m ready to train for the Tri (i only need 8-12wks), I plan on adding some more scalops of muscle to my frame.
But with my already T rampant body would AM have me humping inanimate objects and what not? (Like I don’t already- Damn my size barbie).
