What is the main reason for taking all 4 caps of Alpha Male at night? Will this be more beneficial then taking it 2x a day?

Can you also do this with TRIBEX Gold?

I believe it’s because your body produces testosterone at night. You would take it at a time when your body is ready to produce it.

I take my TRIBEX b4 bed all the time(raise t levels while you sleep)…but CT just wrote today a good night stack…Alpha-GPC and Z-12…i will take those before sleep and see how it goes

i m going to take those with TRIBEX…i have 4 bottles to pass…and 2 Alpha Male…I cant take the Alpha Male b4 sleep the Carbolin 19 stims me a bit…check the thread in CT do you take Alpha-GPC…in CT questions…he posted it today
