Thibs, Do You Take Alpha-GPC?

I posted this in the Supplements and Nutrition Forum but didn’t get any feedback over the past three days. So I figured I’d post this here to ask you directly: do you take Alpha GPC as a supplement prior to training?

It’s actually my favorite supplement. I take 900-1200mg 90minutes before training and 900-1200mg + 2 caps of Z-12 at night. Alpha-GPC is a weird thing… it improves focus and allows you to train harder, but it does not stimulate you. Since it has been shown to increase Growth Hormone receptors sensitivity, then I also use it at night and really feel refreshed the next day (really vivid dreams too).

Thats a good idea for gh releasing…i will try Z-12, Alpha-GPC and TRIBEX b4 bed…good gh and t boosting stack…thanks CT

I’m gonna fool around with the Alpha-GPC at night thing, see how it works out for me. I don’t even have any sleep problems, I’m just curious. Would you say 30 min. before sleeping is good?

Alpha-GPC is rediiclulous(the good kind). Never have I had such great workouts and focus.

I started doing CT protocol without the Z-12 but added TRIBEX. I am not sure if its the TRIBEX or what, but I think I will have to add the Z-12 to this because my sleeps were a bit messed up. I woke up a few times, didn’t seem to sleep that well.

Yup add the Z-12… im sure youll see a dif…or zma might be good also…(one or the other)

I have Z-12 on hand, so I am going to start with one cap and then increase if needed.

I think one of the Z-12 ingredients is a GABA derivative. I don’t know how much of this would be considered too much though.

I’ve heard from some people that GABA works well for them compared to its derivative, phenibut, because the body gets used to phenibut quickly. Also, I’ve heard the argument that phenibut doesn’t target all the receptors that GABA does, but I’m not sure if that is true, thus the question.

Do any of you guys think that Alpha-GPC increases your sex drive? I think it does. It also seem to make me an even better driver due to the enhanced focus.
