it seems to me that ALA is pretty expensive arouund here, so i took a look around. I searched the forum and found some of you guys talking about “beyond a century” and how they have tubs of powder for insanely cheap. You guys talked about taking a scoop and dumping it in your PW shake. But wouldn’t the light damage the ALA? does anyone know of a cheap place to get ALA in nova scotia or a good place over the web? thanks…

I’ve been reading on another board about r-ALA. It’s suposed to be UNBELIEVABLY better than regular ala. People are saying things like it keeps them in ketosis when they’re eating 200 grams of carbs a day. Anyone else hear of this stuff?
