Back to lifting after 20 years off. On week 6 of 500mg test and decided to add in Anavar to help with a bit of stubborn stomach fat. I cycle 200-250 miles a week and unnecessary weight is difficult to carry up steep climbs. I have been on and off cycling, recently gained a ton of weight but test got my leg strength back and I’m doing great so far. Trying to read up on additional health items I can take to preserve my organs. I spend an hour reading and 4 hours working out the acronyms. Sorry, I’m slow.
I’m not really sure what the point of this post is, but this:
tells me you need to just eat like an adult. Anavar will not out-burn the food you put in your body.
