Aight, T-freques, this is it. I’ve got my bottle of Nandro, Getting some methoxy and Tribex and have stored pounds and pounds of protein (ate an entire rotiserie chicken in one sitting today). I plan on putting ten lean hard punds on my 5’7 170-something frame in the next twelve weeks. Here’s da setup: Two weeks prior to Nandro I will be starting Tribex and Methoxy. I will be doing Rennegade-style training throughout the course of thsi endevor. How many sprays of Nandro should I use per day for max results? When do I spray and when do I wash? Thanks. Lata.
Nandrosol: 70 sprays twice per day. Also, I like Davies stuff but it’s not for mass. You need a bodybuilding routine bud! Maybe use Davies stuff for “cardio” to keep fat gains to a min.

I’d suggest any traditional BB program- lots of squats, bench etc. in whatever your hypertrophy range is and using generally slower eccentrics. It just seems like your goals conflict with each other. If you want to gain mass, bodybuild. If you want to perform better on the field, do Renegade. And while I’m sure Davies stuff will make you sore and may cause a little growth because of the novelty, it’s not bodybuilding. Not a slam again Coach, just a fact that I’m sure he’ll agree with.
Heya T-freques. Yep, jsut turned 21. As for the ladies, I had this sick ornage shirt with a black mesh over it (hard to describe but cool nonetheless). There’ve been no vixens for me at ALL lately, but being the masochist I am I just take it to the Monkeyboy Dungeon with me. Coach Davies has set up a program for me that deals with both low reps and some higher volume stuff. I trust he knows what he’s doing. How does 70 sprays nandro and 70 sprays andro (morning/evening) sound? WHen do I hafta wash this stuff off (ie, how many showers a day?)As far as prcuring the Nandro, my normal protein and Powerblock dealer hooked me up with one of the remaining bottles. Lata.
Okay, here’s my advice: First, mix your Andro and Nandro together. Younger guys seem to respond better to Andro, but I think the half-and-half will do the trick for you. Second, I would try Poliquin’s 5x5 for the first month (on the Andro/Nandro), GVT for the second month (Tribex & Methoxy), then maybe BodyComp for the third (Tribex only). This should give you some good growth with a little leaning out at the end. Tailor your diet accordingly. Third, you should spray the mixture on in the morning & shower it off 12-14 hours later. One spray session per day for an entire month. Hope this helps, and we ALL expect to hear about your results!
Char, bro, how could I NOT post the results when I’m done? Beautuflly mapped out, by the way, bud. I express my utmost gratitude. I’ve already begun eating crazed amounts of protein and have gained a SOLID 2-3 lbs. in about two weeks (This is gonna be siiiiiiiiiick. Should I start poppin’ Tribex a week or two before starting my Nan/And cycle? After my final week of CPT (Next week) I plan on taking a week off to get myself physically/mentally preped for the MASS Phase. Whatcha think? Thanks.

Char-bro. I’m thinking of doing a 5x5 using Coach D’s “Top 9” as they seem like solid, full body movements, of course I will throw in da bench press. Couple questions: 1) Do oyu think I should do a week or two of Tribex before I go on the Nandro/Andro stack? 2) How should I split up the nandro/Androm sprays? Nandro lower body day one, then switch on day two? 3) I was thinking of doing the “Meltdown” program for the last four weeks, what are your thoughts on this? 4) Why am I switching programs every 4 weeks rather than a stead 6 or 8 week program? Thanks bro.

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. To answer your questions in order (and I hope the moderator lets me keep my “paragraphination” intact; it’s really a pain seeing everything lumped into one huge run-on…):
If you want. At your age I doubt that a week or two of Tribex usage’ll matter much pre-cycle.
I don’t think you should split them up. I suggest MIXING the two together into one sprayer bottle (half and half) and spraying the mixture on each day. I think that’ll give you less hassle (and better returns) than an upper/lower body split.

Better stimulation. Also, although you haven’t told me how long you’ve been training, I’m assuming that it’s probably at least two-three years, so more frequent variation should yield better results. As your training age increases, you’re going to find that switching about once a month will keep you progressing faster than staying on a given program for longer periods.
Finally, I would go with a more traditional BB routine during the first two months (5x5 & GVT) rather than Coach Davies' stuff. There are a couple of reasons for this: one, you're doing a pretty cardio-intense session now (as per my previous suggestion regarding cutting rest times), right? For mass, you want to take MORE rest, not less. Think 3 min. minimum between sets for 5x5. Two, you're going to be doing Rengade training during the end phase anyway. Three, those exercises, while good, aren't really designed for mass. So TEK was right up at the top of the thread. Also, outlaw's Vitex idea is a good one, assuming the stuff works. (I don't have access to it here in Japan, so I haven't tried it myself yet...)

I’ll finish up CPT next week and go straight into 5x5. Char, to answer your question I’ve been training well into three years by now. For the 5x5 I’m thinking Bench, Overhead Squat, Deads, Close-Grip Press, Curls and dips. What else should I throw in and how should I break it up? if I train 3x a week? Thanks guys. Add pull-ups and rows. As far as OH squats, I personally didn’t like 'em, it was hard to stay on my heels and there was too much lower back arch. Also, you could use higher loads on your hamstrings/quads/glutes if you did back squats. Choose exercises that suit your current goals(ie. OH squats are more functional and you’re in a mass phase) Maybe you should OH’s 'til your speed-strength phase when you get Renegade going again and got the Cleans in there. Keep us posted.
What Nathan said. And if I were you, I’d go on a CP five-day split for 5x5 (Day A, Day B, off, Day C, off; repeat), 5- or 6-day split for GVT, and then see how you feel for your last phase. I personally use a 6-day split most of the time, but occasionally go to 5 when using pro-hormones because of the increased recovery they afford. However, I’m pushing an ectomorphic 40 and you’ve just turned 21. So I doubt that you’ll hit the wall, recovery-wise, with the split above. As far as exercise selection goes, split up your leg training when you go GVT (quads & hams on different days), and you might want to add some calf raises and lateral deltard/trapezoid movements to the exercises you listed above.
Ah Char, returning to Club Deltard. YOu mentioned that I should combine the nandro and andro, what kind of bottle should I use to combine them in (Yay f’n chemistry). Also, can I do four straight weeks of the sprays? I though I was supposed to cycle off after two weeks? Thanks, bro.
