You can use either an Andro or Nandro bottle…Just empty out half of one (say Andro) into any clean container, pour half of the other (Nandro) into the Andro bottle, then pour what’s in the container into the Nandro bottle. You’ll end up with two bottles of half-and-half. You can stay on for a month if you spray once a day and wash it off in the evening - and people have reported slightly better results using it this way.

Hey, guys, I’m pretty sure either Bill or Brock said it’s better not to mix Andro and Nandro in the same bottle. Just spray one botttle on one part of your body and the other on the other half. This was on the forum a while back.

Hey monkey boy…just thought i’d drop in and let you know i’m bulkin now too and I’m gonna start methoxy for 4 weeks starting next week…then probably move on to some A-sol…I was just wondering if you’d let me know how the N-sol works for ya…cuz I’m curious as to what I should use. As for your exercises-I’m tying to raise my ork capacity so I’m hitting it up high volume style to avoid the conspiracy theory overtraining paranoia …(I see HIT zealots circling my house in black choppers in the afternoon) so I think hit 4 5x5 exercise a worout and maybe an assistance exercise for each bodypart usin two sets that will put you at 24 sets a workout. I hav a whole macrocycle planned out…if you ahve any q’s run em by…until then as Nate Dogg would say(well maybe he would I dunno) Have a helluva hella good day …Mike

MB…no problem …I am actually going 4 x a week with thurs being an arm specialization day(that wil get dropped nxt phase though) Mon is chest/back day for me. My main exercise for chest is dips and bent over rows for back. They get followed by flat bench and chin ups. Then flyes and seated rows. Tues is quads calves. my two big exercise there are squats and calf raises on the leg press(no standing calf raise machine) they are followed by front squats and power jumps. Then its 1 legged squats(bulgarian squats)and 1 leg hop. i’ll skip thurs arm workout unlss you really wanna know it just lemme know. Friday is hams and total body recovery work…i was doing some renegade exercies on this day like towel chins and push presses. My exercises for ahms are sldl , GHR, and good mornings. I think any compund exercises should work fine w your program like chins w benches. Sldl’s w squats and shouldr prss w deadlift. hit me back and keep me updated my primate friend.Later bud, Mike
Heya T-freuqes, perhpas one of you will be kind enough to answer this one for me. The bottles of nandro and andro say to stay on for a period of two weeks yet I’ve been advised to do this cycle for a month. Any thoughts? Thanks.
week 1 & 2 andro 70 spays morn and night
week 3 & 4 70 andro morn eve shower 70 nand Start to load creatine week 3
Take a couple weeks off the spays and just use tribex, vitex, zma, creatine for 2 weeks
One week no T raising supps then you can go again but you won’t need to, try GVT “style” training. I find I can do 3 sets on 10 of 5 exercises (15 sets per bodypart) one bodypart a day. I lift every day on this stack. You may want to start GVT for a week or two before you start your spays.
bring up the weight and drop the reps down to 8 for the last to weeks. You can push yourself real hard on this stack, You will recover quickly also

Two weeks is the limit for twice-a-day cycles. Going once a day, you can stay on for a month or longer. You might want to try GVT for the period between 5x5 and Meltdown, as I suggested above. C’mon MB, read the above posts a little more carefully, eh?

Told ya I’d hit ya up, my brutha! E-Man is H.O.V.A…I digress. Aight, bro, I kinda did a modified 5x5 approach thinga majiggy a couple months ago. I split like this 1>Chest and Bis, 2>Thighs, 3>Recovery, 4>Back and Tris, 5>Shoulders. For Chest, Quads and Back I chose 2 exercises using 5x5 and for Biceps, Hammies, Triceps and Shoulders I did one 5x5. For each bodypart I also did one exercise in the 8-10 range for 3 sets. For Shoulders, I did two exercises in this range. For example, a chest and bicep workout may look like this: A>Incline Benches 5x5, B>Barbell Curls 5x5, C>Hammer Strength Press 5x5, D>DB Hammer Curls 3x8-10, E>Incline DB Flyes 3x8-10. Rest Intervals were kept around 3 minutes for 5x5 and 2 or less minutes for the higher rep exercises. Any questions, bro? Hope that helps a little. Your bro, Timbo.
