So here it goes !
Today i recieved my 1st program from CT that i PAYED for (lucky physique ppl) so here goes my next transformation !
I have gone from terrible to ok diagnosed with clinical depression, sitting round doing nothing with my life watching years go by till last year.
Took myself off meds (dont work btw) and took up weights and the rest as they say is history ^^
So now i move onto part 2 of my transformation going from ok to good !
Will keep a blog BUT IN MY BLOG AREA anyone who wants to check it out do, see my slacking i ask of you to flame me, other info is just so i can write down what needs to be done so ignore that if you want.
Ahhh feels good to write out im going on another self voyage into god knows where !
